a portrait of my girls, once a week, every week in 2013
We ventured down to the local farm market for an outdoor outing in a week of rain and cold. The girls drove the tractors and ran amongst the pumpkins and I watched them, pulling my sweater closer against the chilly wind.
They are so little and yet so big. They push against me and still run to me for kisses for their owies. They insist on doing everything themselves but then ask for help and say that they are still little.
They run and dance and come back and hold my hand.
And there is grace for it all.
Here’s to a new month of staying close, staying cozy, being little and big.
Happy November, friends!
